A traditional charming mansion in the heart of Dordogne

The home dates back 1842. It is settled in a very small hamlet ,but offers a total privacy with its 1 ha (2.47 acres)! It is tastefully renovated with all modern appliances and antique furnitures.

The main house (220 sqM) has 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen (completely renovated in 2009) with a dining space and a very large traditional fireplace perfect for a family gathering. An adjacent laundry has been created in 2009.

There are 2 bathrooms in the main house(one in the master bedroom). A living area with a piano, another fireplace and confortable sofas. Old beams and french windows in all rooms. You will find the fifth bedroom (plus the third shower-room) in the pool house (30sqM,settled in the old tobacco warehouse, next to the main house.It has been created in 2003. There, another full kitchen allows you to spend your day next to the swimming pool and organise BBQs or nice diners under the sky...Sunsets are beautiful .There a doe may come to eat the fruit trees.

Swimming pool is kept once a week and is secured. House keeping can be organised easily on request. the price is for the main property (main house, pool house and exclusive access to swimming pool).

The pool house may be rented for 2 people (3 possible on request)with private swimming pool access in sept, may and June.

Prices: From 1000 to 2250 euros per week, from 900 euros for long week end
