How to reserve

You want to book one of our flats ? please contact us

We get in touch with you by mail. If you confirm your booking, we pre-reserve the flat. We send you a rental agreement  that you scan back. We ask for a 30 % downpayment. When we receive it, your reservation is confirmed.

The balance of the rental is due on your arrival. We also ask for a refundable security deposit.

Payments can be made by bank wire, paypal, or french checks. Balance and security deposit may also be paied by cash.

Our rental company is regularly recognised by the french authority. We have a professional card and a financial guarantee.
