From your rental apartment you can walk within seconds to Luxembourg garden , Pantheon, Sorbonne, latin quarter, and its bright rue Mouffetard and place de la Contrescarpe. You can also rent a bike and discover another Paris .Subway and buses are around the corner. Get to Tour eiffel , le Louvre, Montmartre and department stores very easily
The Classic entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a 17th century courtyard. The first easy staircase leads to your 4th floor duplex. From its 5 windows you look over the sky and traditional parisian roofs.
Around the corner, you won't be able to try every Zagat and Michelin restaurants ! You may also try Amorino ice creams. Children may discover luxembourg garden playgrounds while readers will sit on the very specific Luxembourg chairs looking at lovers or political men walking.We will provide you with a selection of our parisian preferred high spots, fine adresses, tips and maps.
Panthelux duplex is suitable for a party of 4. Floor area is 36 m2. As in many old buildings of Paris under the roof, parts of this area are under 1.8 m.
There you will find a special atmosphere mixing french classic and design decoration : 17° century painted oak beams and dark wood floor. The kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped with all useful appliances (dishwasher and washing machine,heated towel rack, micro wave, oven, refrigerator,coffee maker,kettle,toaster...). The WC is separated from the sky-bathroom, and has its own wash hands .
You sleep on a daily double size sofa bed (140x190) . The "rapido" system means that you don't need to remove the bed linen and the cushions! Upstairs, stands the second sofa bed (2x70x190) that can remain open all day long.
Large flat screen, DVD player, free high speed internet access, WIFI, stereo with mp3 and I-pod plug, unlimited phone access towards Orange french fixed numbers . Everything you need to have a wonderful stay in Paris
