 general terms of sales
-home linen cleaning is included if a washing and dryer machine stands in the flat
-fee for cleaning and drying the linen in an external laundry is 6 € per service
-dirty linen is put down in the steam pressing for free : the steam pressing bill is not included
-cleaning products and amenities are provided by the owner in the flat

-commitment : min 6 months , contract is renewed tacitly upon the expiration date
-Terminable contract with an advance certified notice of one month; No refund before the expiration date of the contract

 service between 20h00 and 8h00 is payable by the renter

20h00/22h00 and 7h30/8h00: extra fee is 25 €
22h00/23h00 and 6h30/7h30: extra fee is 50 €
23h00/24h00 and 5h30/6h30: extra fee is 75 €
