 general terms of sales
-home linen cleaning is included if a washing and dryer machine stands in the flat
-fee for cleaning and drying the linen in an external laundry is 10 € ( 5 € final) per service
-dirty linen is put down in the steam pressing for free : the steam pressing bill is not included
-cleaning products and amenities are provided by the owner in the flat

-you will benefit from the "final" price if you are eligible to french revenue taxes, otherwise, please consider normal rates

-commitment : min 6 months , contract is renewed tacitly upon the expiration date
-Terminable contract with an advance certified notice of one month; No refund before the expiration date of the contract
-*4 services included/month

extra fee payable by the renter for service between 20h00 and 8h00
